According to the survey results, the Eurasian Economic Commission made a positive final anti-dumping ruling and decided to impose an anti-dumping tax of 17% on China Anshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd .; an anti-dumping tax of 15.2% on China Shandong Dongye Metal Technology Development Co., Ltd .; Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. imposed a 17% anti-dumping tax; China Donga Yike Board Co., Ltd. imposed an anti-dumping tax of 12.69%; China Shandong Gangzhong Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., Gansu Jiugang Group Hongxing Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., Dalian Pohang Steel Co., Ltd. and other companies levied 14.93% of anti-dumping duties; other Chinese producers imposed 17% of anti-dumping duties.
Decided to impose an anti-dumping tax of 23.9% on the Ukrainian Mariupol-Ilyich Metallurgical Corporation and other producers. The anti-dumping duty is valid for 5 years, and the relevant decision will take effect after 30 days.
The Eurasian Economic Commission also decided to levy an anti-dumping duty of 15.5% on seamless steel pipe products originating in China. The anti-dumping duty is valid for 5 years, and the relevant decision will take effect after 30 days.
