The surface quality inspection of the spiral pipe includes manual visual inspection and non-destructive inspection. According to the standard and the experience of the inspector, the steel pipe needs to be rolled slowly during manual visual inspection.
The non-destructive testing method refers to the method of detecting 100% surface or internal defects of the spiral pipe with electromagnetic or ultrasonic equipment without damaging the steel pipe. Whether it is manual visual inspection or non-destructive testing, once it is found there is a problem that is not allowed by the steel pipe standard or technical conditions, it should be rectified first and the pipe wall should not exceed the allowable negative deviation specified by the standard.
If the problem exceeds the steel pipe standard or the steel pipe whose wall exceeds the allowable depth after grinding, the steel pipe should be judged to waste.
