Internal anti-corrosion treatment of SSAW steel pipe 

1.     The anti-corrosion layer in the cement mortar can be constructed by mechanical spraying, manual plastering, dragging or centrifugal prefabrication. If it is necessary to use the prefabrication method as the inner anti-corrosion layer, protective measures should be taken for the anti-corrosion layer during transportation, installation and backfilling.

2.     During construction, firstly mix cement mortar, the ratio of cement to sand quality is 1: (1-2), the slump of cement mortar is 60-80mm, and the compressive strength of cement mortar should not be lower than 30MPa.

3.     The inner surface of the anti-corrosion layer of the cement mortar constructed by the mechanical spraying method is smooth, fine and uniform, and the effect is better.
