X60 is the steel grade stipulated by the American Petroleum Institute standard (APL). Its chemical composition: C is less than or equal to 0.28, and MN is less than or equal to 1.40.

The yield strength (MPA) of the first-class product is greater than or equal to 414, and the tensile strength (MPA) is greater than or equal to 547. The yield strength (MPA} of the second-class product has a minimum value of 414, and the tensile strength (MPA) of the second-class product has a maximum value of 565. It is equivalent to the steel grade L415 stipulated in the GB/T9711.1 standard in China.

X60 is equivalent to the steel grade L415 stipulated in the GB/T9711.1 standard in China.

X42 is L290 in China.

X52 is L390 in China.
