The JCOE manufacturing process of straight seam steel pipe is a new type of welded steel pipe forming technology that emerged in the 1990s. The main forming process of this technology is to mill the edges of the pre-welded counterparts of the steel plates, then pre-bend in the width direction of the steel plates, to make it gradually formed in the order of J letter type → C letter type → O letter type. During the forming process, it has been punched many times, and each punch is formed by a three-point bending mold that is the basic principle.
